Bradley is the company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the Board.
He was formerly Co-Founder, Vice President and Treasurer of Intercontinental Mechanical Services, LLC (IMS) from 1996-1998.
He became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the consolidated business which included IMS (renamed United Industrial Services), then later Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc. (JIH) from 1998 – 2005. In 2005, Bradley became Chief Executive Officer and President and in 2015 assumed the role of Co-Chief Executive Officer for JIH and all operating subsidiaries, including Universal Plant Services. During this time, he has overseen major expansion including all aspects of the firm’s policies and personnel, financial resources, market penetration and service capabilities. In his tenure, Bradley has led the development of the firm’s growth strategy including both organic opportunities and complimentary acquisitions.
Bradley attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a BBA in accounting from the McCombs School of Business.
Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director
Stewart is the company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. Formerly, he acted as Co-Founder, Vice President and General Manager of Intercontinental Mechanical Services, LLC (IMS) from 1996-1998.
He served as Vice President of Operations for the consolidated business, which included IMS (renamed United Industrial Services), then later Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc. (JIH), from 1998 – 2005. In 2005, Stewart became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for JIH and all operating subsidiaries, including Universal Plant Services. He was President of JIH from 2013 – 2015. During this time he had oversight of major expansion including all aspects of the firm’s policies and personnel, operations, market penetration and service capabilities. In his tenure as Co-CEO, he has led the development of the company’s growth strategy including both organic opportunities and complimentary acquisitions.
Stewart attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a BS in Industrial Distribution from the College of Engineering. In 2002, he received his MBA from the University of Houston.
President and Director
Reagan has served as the President for Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc. (JIH) and Universal Plant Services (UPS) since February 2015. He joined the organization in January 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2012.
From 1986 – 1992, he was Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen, LLP, after which he joined Chas. P. Young Co. as Vice President – Business Development and Operations.
In 1997, Reagan was a part of the founding management team of Comfort Systems USA, leading the acquisition efforts as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions; then, as Senior Vice President of Operations, he focused on operational strategies and acquisition integration.
From 2001 - 2009, Reagan founded and was the primary investor in three custom-designed apparel and promotional products companies he later sold. Reagan joined NetVersant Solutions, LLC in 2005 as Regional Vice President, then became Senior Vice President of Operations.
Reagan graduated with honors from Lamar University with a BBA in Accounting.
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Deana is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc., and Universal Plant Services.
She joined the company in 2022, bringing a wealth of finance experience and knowledge. Her career in accounting began in 1996 with Arthur Andersen in the commercial audit division. From there, she became the Financial Reporting Manager for Seitel, Inc., working with them from 2000-2007. Afterwards, she joined TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc., where she began as VP Finance and, within three years, was named Chief Financial Officer for the organization.
During her tenure with TNT, her leadership and organization yielded substantial revenue growth over a 15-year period, with 40% of growth realized through organic initiatives. She has valuable experience dealing with large-scale sales and acquisitions, as well as managing transactions and facilities ranging in size from $50 million to nearly $500 million.
Deana graduated from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, with a BBA in Accounting, and she also received a Master of Professional Accounting from UT. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development
Paul joined Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc. and Universal Plant Services as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development in 2016.
Paul previously served as a Corporate Development Manager at Cameron International Corporation, working on several acquisition and divestiture projects for various operating divisions around the world. He then moved to Cameron’s Process Systems division where, from 2014 – 2016, he led the global supply chain group.
Prior to entering the private sector Paul served in the U.S. Navy as the Strike Warfare division officer onboard USS Mobile Bay, the Reactor Electrical division officer onboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, and a foreign military sales Country Program Director with the Navy’s international programs office.
Paul is a graduate of Duke University, the naval nuclear propulsion program, and Harvard Business School.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy is the chief operating officer for Universal Plant Services. He joined the organization in 2013 as an operations manager and served as the vice president of operations from 2016 until he was promoted to chief operating officer in 2021.
Throughout his career, he has been successful in building high-achieving management teams and running multiple divisions, operations, controls, estimating and projects simultaneously. From 2006 to 2013, he worked with JV Industrial Companies starting out as a Project Engineer and earning multiple promotions to eventually serve as western region division manager for the organization.
As COO of UPS, Grace focuses on the daily operational activities, ensuring company-wide operational excellence. He works with the operational leadership team and collaborates with senior leaders to confirm alignment with company strategies and plans for operational execution. Grace works closely with the president and support systems to uphold adherence to the UPS core focus areas of safety, quality and leadership.
Grace graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Engineering Technology Manufacturing Specialty.
